Snow

I was walking through the thick snow tonight on my way back home. On my journey I realized there are three ways you can walk through snow:
  1. Hop from foothole to foothole, using a path made by some one else.
  2. Stagger your steps and make the path easier for those behind you.
  3. Make your own path through uncertain terrain.

Analogy?

Maybe. Today I staggered. Tommorrow, maybe something else.

pretty shot.

You have made me feel a little bit selfish and a little bit less of a good person. I tend to always be treading in pre-stepped steps. Perhaps I will take this thought and run with it. You know, try something new.
