IF: Superstition

Wanted to take the night off from the regular school work and also from the gallery work I have been doing. It's been a long week, and I didn't feel the rush to do anything tonight. Decided to give Illustration Friday a go because nobody was really around. Topic = Superstition. First thing that came to mind was a black cat, so I set up my materials and just started painting. It was actually bigger than it looks here, and it was a landscape, but I cropped it in PhotoShop. Not really pumped about how it turned out. I like some things out of it. Shape of the cat is nice, and the stars along the bottom. It was one of those times where the media didn't agree with me. It happens. Tomorrow it's back to the grind. Busy, busy.
